Financial Fundamentals:Â Understanding Revenue, Profit, and Cash Flow
Strong businesses aren’t built on intuition alone. They’re built on understanding what actually moves the needle. This session focuses on developing true business acumen by clarifying the core financial metrics that determine sustainability, growth and decision-making power.Â
We break down revenue, profit, and cash flow in practical, real-world terms: what each one means & how they relate to one another. You’ll learn what should be measured, how often and how to interpret the numbers so they inform decisions rather than intimidate you.

Breathwork with Yoga
Breath and movement are two of the most direct ways to reconnect the body and mind. This breathwork & yoga session will be focused on the exhale.Â
The information your body communicates on the exhale is different from the inhale. As you release the breath, you may notice shifts in posture, a change in thought patterns or use this as an opportunity to let go of the emotions you have been unconsciously carrying.Â
Gentle yoga postures will open new pathways and guide the Qi or life force in the body after intentionally exhaling and releasing.Â

Developing Leadership:Â Delegation, Boundaries, and Standards
As businesses grow, leadership must evolve. This session focuses on developing the leadership skills required to grow your company without burnout, resentment or chaos. True leadership isn’t always about more, most of the time it is setting clear standards, creating healthy boundaries and knowing what should be delegated versus what requires your direct involvement.
We explore why delegation often feels difficult, how control or over-responsibility is showing up for you and how unclear expectations create friction for both leaders and teams. You’ll learn how to define standards that protect quality, communicate boundaries that preserve your energy and delegate as a means of building trust rather than dependence.

Tai Chi & Qi Gong
If you have a hard time slowing down or just can't quite access your physical strength, this class might be for you. Tai Chi syncs the breath with slow & stable movements to build your internal balance. This practice is very helpful if you tend to rush, experience racing thoughts or feel internally unsettled. You will learn and practice pacing and controlled movements that will help rebuild internal stability.
Qi Gong combines potent breathing techniques with intentional movement that cultivates and circulates Qi or vital energy in and throughout the body. It’s especially supportive for those who feel depleted, disconnected or like they’ve lost their “spark.”
In this class you will learn & reconnect with the power of moving slowly, finding stillness and how to reawaken your vitality.

Content Planning with Purpose
One of the biggest challenges for creating content usually is not lack of knowledge. It's being consistent and not knowing what to say. You may have depth, experience, and insight, yet still feel unsure what to say, how to say it, or how to show up consistently without forcing it.
This session focuses on turning what you already know into clear, intentional content that reflects your voice, values, and expertise. We'll create your content pillars, how to structure your message so it resonates and how to plan content in a way so you can create the consistent pattern so you’re no longer guessing what to post, avoiding visibility or waiting until it “feels right.” You will receive the content framework workbook with this workshop.Â

Sounds & Frequencies of the Body
Our senses are activated by sound, vibration and frequency, so are our internal systems. Just as music can shift mood or focus, different sounds and frequencies interact with the body’s organs, different system and brainwave states in distinct ways.
This two-part experience begins with exploring how specific instruments, tones and frequencies influence brainwaves, perception, and regulation to build an understanding of how sound is processed both neurologically and somatically.
In the second half, you’ll move into direct experience. Lying comfortably on a yoga mat with your eyes closed, you’ll observe how each sound and frequency feels in your body and mind to develop your own awareness.
