Before you arrive, Lauren personally works with you to understand your needs, your challenges and your intentions and builds a custom wellness itinerary around the specific breakthroughs you are here for.

This is how we do it.

Every morning, you will have the opportunity to start your day with yoga and breath-work with Dr. Sabine Clarke. Moving your body, opening your lungs and get present with whats in store for you. 

If it's not your thing or your body is simply asking for an extra hour of rest, that is equally honored. There is no wrong way to show up here.

Breakfast will be served after with the option to enjoy it while overlooking the gorgeous Sedona red rocks. 

I'm sure you've heard "your body keeps the score." There is truth to that.

Every time you pushed through when what you really needed was a break, the emotional tension you've been holding onto when people haven't treated you right and if we are being really honest with ourselves, that spark of energy that slowly isn't there like it used to be.

We got so accustomed to a baseline of feeling average that we forgot how good we are supposed to feel. Let's take care of that, shall we. Good. Alive. Energized.

Through massage therapy and acupuncture, we reconnect you to your body, relieve what words can't reach and restore the version of you that existed before life got real.

For those that need deeper medicine, a Kambo ceremony is available. It's not for everyone but if you've tried everything and something still won't shift, this will detox & reset your system back to peace in your heart and a calm mind. 

You also have daily access to sessions inspired by the genius of Nikola Tesla, our plasma frequency therapy delivers biophotonic light directly into your cells. This patented technology charges the electricity and voltage of light in your cells. Your body will finally feels like it's running at full power again. 

Dr. Sabine Clarke will also work with you privately, allowing you to access your subconscious mind to do one of two things. Because why should you have to choose between Queen treatment and fun? This week you get both. 

Your travel accommodations are taken care of. You are driven to and from Phoenix and Sedona. A welcome gift is waiting in your room. Every meal is prepared by a private chef who understands that nourishment is part of the experience. The logistics, the planning, the "what's next", none of that is yours to carry this week. It has all been thought of, prepared and taken care of.

The only thing you have to do is show up and receive.

And in between the receiving, you play.

You will hike through some of the most breathtaking landscapes on earth. Not for a workout, but as an adventure. The kind of nature that makes you stop mid-step just to take it in, red rocks as far as you can see, trails that feel ancient and the aura in the air that does something to you.

The evenings are yours.

Dancing in the living room with women who feel like lifelong friends after 48 hours. Games and storytelling that bring out the side of you that forgot how to be silly. A bonfire and hot tub under skies so full of stars you will remember you are part of something so much bigger. And conversations so good you never want them to end.

After days of being poured into and feeling like yourself, we invite you into one of the most empowering experiences of the retreat.

You are gorgeous, obviously. But this isn't about your body. It's about the beauty living inside it. That is what this session captures.

When a woman has been treated like a queen all week- fed, restored, celebrated and so full of herself in the best possible way, being fully seen feels like the most natural thing in the world. Nothing to bare but her most radiant, empowered self.

Now that's sexy.

On the final day you will experience a waterfall hike. Where you have the option to jump in, throw your head back and laugh like you haven't in years. (Clothing optional at this point no judgement here!)  

A Moment To Remember

As we come to a close, a professional photographer specializing in capturing the essence of a woman at her best will be there waiting.

There to capture your radiance. Your elegance. Your joy. Your power. Your most authentic expression. This photograph is yours to keep as a permanent reminder of the woman you returned to this week.

Home Away from home

The retreat is hosted in a stunning luxury private home with breathtaking red rock views. The interior is clean and modern with gathering areas, queen and king size beds, a gourmet kitchen, workstations for when inspiration hits, plenty of spaces to shoot content, and quiet rooms to receive your treatments.

The elegance of this home is in the quality of the simple things. A sauna included in your wellness, a hot tub and firepit for evening stargazing and expansive conversations, and deliciously prepared meals on the patio with red rock views.
