Breath and movement are two of the most direct ways to reconnect the body and mind. This breathwork & yoga session will be focused on the exhale.Ā
The information your body communicates on the exhale is different from the inhale. As you release the breath, you may notice shifts in posture, a change in thought patterns or use this as an opportunity to let go of the emotions you have been unconsciously carrying.Ā
Gentle yoga postures will open new pathways and guide the Qi or life force in the body after intentionally exhaling and releasing.Ā
